Who we are

A shipment is a transaction. A local presence is a business.

International manufacturers often face a predictable set of challenges when entering the United States. These challenges are interconnected — solving only one of them, such as finding a warehouse, does not create a market-entry strategy.

Our role

We serve as the strategic coordinator and local market-development partner. We do not replace licensed professionals; we organize the work, connect the right resources, and help keep the manufacturer’s expansion moving forward.

Our founder

Bernard Arthur is an entrepreneur and construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in the American building industry — residential and commercial construction, general contracting, electrical services, building products, sourcing, distribution, and direct relationships with international manufacturers. Through repeated travel to China and direct meetings with factory owners, he identified a recurring challenge: capable manufacturers wanted access to the United States but lacked the local structure, relationships, and execution plan required to establish a lasting market presence.

Our process

The Gateway Method

A structured pathway from overseas factory to American operation, in six stages.

The Gateway Method in full

Understand the manufacturer, product, capacity, objectives, readiness, and risk tolerance.

Evaluate product-market fit, competitive landscape, compliance needs, pricing logic, target customers, and demand evidence.

Create the market-entry plan: entity, geography, warehouse model, inventory, distribution, sales channels, partners, facilities, and budget.

Coordinate company formation resources, site selection, property negotiations, warehouse setup, facility work, operational vendors, and launch requirements.

Bring inventory into the selected market, begin controlled sales activity, recruit channels, and implement customer support.

Review results, improve operations, add markets, expand inventory, strengthen the dealer network, and consider additional states.

U.S. Market Entry Readiness Assessment

The defined first engagement: product review, a preliminary compliance pathway, competitive and channel review, a recommended first state, warehouse and budget approach, and written findings.

02

Product Certification, Testing & U.S. Regulatory Compliance

Products often need to satisfy federal, state, and industry testing, certification, labeling, and documentation requirements before they can be sold in the U.S. We coordinate qualified labs and specialists — we don't issue approvals or replace licensed professionals.

Why partner with us

Why choose Gateway Global Partners instead of entering the U.S. alone.

A manufacturer can attempt the U.S. market alone: find a warehouse, appoint an importer, list on a marketplace. Most who do discover that these are fragments, not a strategy, and that the pieces do not connect themselves. Gateway Global Partners exists to coordinate the whole: strategy, infrastructure, relationships, and execution, under one accountable relationship.

01

U.S. Market Entry Strategy

We begin with readiness, market and state selection, channel strategy, competitive positioning, and a phased plan, so investment follows evidence rather than assumption. Entering alone usually means committing to a warehouse or inventory before any of these questions are answered.

02

Warehouse and Distribution Planning

We coordinate site selection, warehouse setup, inventory models, third-party logistics, and regional distribution, positioning stock close to demand without over-committing capital. Getting this wrong is one of the most expensive and common first-entry mistakes.

03

Business Development

Go-to-market preparation, sales materials, customer introductions, demonstrations, and early market feedback turn a product on a shelf into a business. A manufacturer entering alone rarely has the local presence to do this credibly from overseas.

04

Local Relationship Network

The platform is built around commercial real estate, logistics, contractors, developers, distributors, dealers, and professional advisors. These relationships take years and local credibility to build; they are the hardest thing for a foreign manufacturer to replicate quickly, and among the most valuable things we bring.

All six capabilities

Ports, highways, rail, and air — moving product at scale

America's infrastructure

Infrastructure that moves product at scale.

Ports, interstate highways, rail, and air freight connect production to customers across a continent-sized market. The U.S. logistics network is one of its greatest advantages, but using it well requires local warehouse positioning, realistic delivery expectations, and distribution planning that most first-time entrants underestimate.
